Two college girls, Twinkle Soni(20), an architecture student and Tinal Parmar(19), a first year degree student, were caught stealing phones of women commuters, on local trains.Both the girls were stealing the phones as a quick means to earn money, to spend on their boyfriend, Hrishi Singh, who was being dated by both of them.

The railway police also caught Rahul Rajpurohit, who bought phones worth over Rs 3 Lakh, from them.The DCP of the Western Railway, formed a team after several complaints from female passengers, that their phones were being stolen.

A few women cops in plain clothes boarded the train in Kadavil, on May 30 and caught Soni red-handed stealing a commuter’s phone.The police were able to nab Parmar and Rahul through her.A total of 38 phones and 30 memory cards were recovered from the arrested accused.
