Class 10 girl raped and poisoned to death by three
A Class X student, from Haryana, was raped and poisoned to death by three people.The victim was kidnapped by the accused, from her home, when her parents were working at a rice mill. The accused took her to a secluded area, where the third person was waiting.The accused raped her and then fed her poison, by convincing her that it was medicine.,
CHANDIGARH:A Class X student, from Haryana, was raped and poisoned to death by three people.The victim was kidnapped by the accused, from her home, when her parents were working at a rice mill. The accused took her to a secluded area, where the third person was waiting.The accused raped her and then fed her poison, by convincing her that it was medicine.
In the report ,filed by the parents, they had found their daughter missing when they came back for lunch and had searched for her everywhere.
The parents had also stated that the accused dropped the victim at their house and that they had lied to the parents stating that they had given her medicine, because she was feeling sick.The father stated that his daughter’s health worsened by the evening, which prompted them to take her to the hospital.
During the journey to the hospital, the victim told her parents about what had actually happened to her.The victim died at the hospital. Her body has been sent for an autopsy, by the police.Viscera samples would be used to identify the poison given to her, through chemical examination.
The DSP, Gurdayal Singh, stated that two of the accused are on the run and that the third accused, a minor, had drank poison to kill himself and was rushed to Agroha Medical college and hospital, in Hisar, where he has been treated and is out of danger.The DSP has also stated that only after the accused are arrested, would they be able to able to build a case.
