SIP Academy, Hyderabad is conducting abacus & mental arithmetic contest for school students on January 22 at Shree convention hall Kompally, Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: SIP Academy, Hyderabad is conducting abacus & mental arithmetic contest for school students on January 22 at Shree convention hall Kompally, Hyderabad.
More than 1500 students have registered for the test and they will be attending as many 120 sums in 5 minutes of time and nearly 100 sums on multiplication and division in 3 minutes of time.
“Arithmetic Skill is one of the crucial skills that is vital for academic and career success. In a survey conducted earlier the basic arithmetic skills of primary school children was found wanting and the most of the children scored below par.
The objective of this contest is to improve the arithmetic skills of the children”, informed Uma, State Head of SIP Abacus for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
“Also children will be enhanced with learning ability which includes Concentration, Confidence, Listening skills while training with SIP Abacus”, she added.
