EAMCET examination 2017 commenced in the capital region of Krishna and Guntur districts peacefully on Monday. The officials have made all arrangements for the succesful conduct of EAMCET in two sessions morning and evening. The exam will be held four days beginning on Monday.

Vijayawada: EAMCET examination 2017 commenced in the capital region of Krishna and Guntur districts peacefully on Monday. The officials have made all arrangements for the succesful conduct of EAMCET in two sessions morning and evening. The exam will be held four days beginning on Monday. In all 26 centres were allocated in Krishna district, 10 centres at Vijayawada, 2 at Gudivada, 2 at Kanchikacherla, 1 at Machilipatnam, 1, at Mylavaram. About 8870 candidates attended the EAMCET examination on both morning and evening sessionson Monday.

In all, 19 centres were allocated for the EAMCET examination at Guntur district. 14 centres at Guntur, 1 at Bapatla and 4 at Narasaraopeta, and about 7,287 candidates appeared for both morning and afternoon session. Earlier, the HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao had released the password of the EAMCET examination at the JNTU (Kakinada) EAMCET office at 9.30 am on Monday in the presence of government and university officials.

The minister praised the TCS personnel for their technical support in conducting the computer based online examination for the first time in Andhra Pradesh.He further said that the EAMCET results would be announced on May 5 before schedule. The students who come late by one are two minutes will be allowed to write the examination with a genuine reason.
