Narsapur: Orientation programme on Nannaya Cet-2017 for student aspirants seeking admission into various PG Courses for the year 2017-18 was inaugurated at Dr C S Rao PG Centre, Sri YN College, Narsapur. Prof. D.Venkateswara Rao, Head, Dept of Public Administration, Sri Y N College, presided over the programme and Dr. N Chinta Rao, Director, PG Courses attended as Chief Guest and distributed the material related to Nannaya Cet-2017 entrance examination.

Speaking on the note, Dr N Chinta Rao said that students should develop their employability skills besides pursuing their studies in the college. He said that mere education and attaining degrees will not help the students to get a job but possessing good communication skills, computer skills and soft skills are very much needed to get a job in the present context. Students should focus on communication skills and build their personality while at college. He advised the students to select colleges accredited by NAAC with “A” Grade.

He also suggested the students to improve their competitive skills to appear for Civil service, Group-I, II and other similar examinations. Later he distributed study material to students.
