CBSE 12th Result 2018: CBSE The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the Class 12th results today on the official website of the board -- cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in. The CBSE Board had conducted the Class 12 examinations 2018 from March 5 to April 13.

The pass percentage this year has improved to 83.01 percent from 82.02 percent last year.

With the highest pass percentage of 97.32%, Trivandrum stood first followed by Chennai with 93.87% and Delhi at 89%.

Girls secured a pass percentage of 88.31% beating the boys who scored 78.99%.

The topper, Meghna Shrivastava of Step by Step School, Sec-132, Taj Expressway in Noida secured 499 marks out of 500. With 498 marks, Anuoushka Chandra from SAJ School, Sec 14C, Vasundhara in Ghaziabad came second. For the third spot, seven students are tied with 497 marks each.

14,881 students passed the CBSE Class 12 exam of the 15,674 who appeared for the exam outside India with pass percentage 94.94%.

The Class 10 results is expected to be announced within two days.
