 One way of looking and staying young longer, as explored in the show, is eating healthy. Here are a few examples of food products that are full of anti-ageing properties, which are also easy to include in your daily diet. 

Avocados

Avocados are the best source of hydrating your skin. They are also full of non-saturated fatty acids which help you fight with heart diseases. So for a healthy heart and a glowing skin, avocado is the remedy! 

Yogurt
