Financial aid to meritorious students
Dr Reddy’s Laboratories presented scholarship to 250 students for the academic year 2015 – 2016 from 22 Zilla Parishad High Schools in Telangana. The scholarships were awarded to students who completed their Secondary School Examination (SSC) with remarkable grades.

The company contributed Rs 25 lakhs towards this initiative. There are several students from schools around Dr. Reddy’s manufacturing locations who are consistent top performers. However, due to lack of financial aid the students discontinue the education.
To bridge this gap, the company identified bright students every year and rewarded them with the post SSC Scholarship to pursue their higher education.
The scholarships were presented to students at Kallam Anji Reddy Vidyalaya (KARV), Madinaguda, in the presence of Anuradha Prasad, Managing Trustee, Dr Reddy’s Foundation, Dr V Narayana Reddy, Vice-President - Head IR & Corporate Affairs and Ramesh, DEO of Rangareddy District.
