International yoga exponent Mansi Gulati conducted a mega session ‘Self Transformation With Yoga’ at Nizam College Grounds on Tuesday.
International yoga exponent Mansi Gulati conducted a mega session ‘Self Transformation With Yoga’ at Nizam College Grounds on Tuesday.
An unprecedented number of college students and professionals from different streams participated in the event where Mansi taught how to seek answers related to life challenges, stress management, inspiration for positive thinking and memory retention.
Speaking after the session Gulati said, “Technology has always been a boon and bane to society.
With technology at our disposal our physical activities and mental capabilities have significantly deteriorated over the last couple of years making us lethargic and open to lifestyle related illnesses.”
“My aim is to aid the youth to combat such threats and ailments through yoga and meditation,” she said.
Also present at the event were GHMC Commissioner Janardhan Reddy along with MLA G Kishen Reddy, MD of Astoria Group of restaurants Fathe Affan, MD of RDF Power Gen Ltd President M Venkateshwarlu and Principal of Nizam College Prof. Syed Rehman.
