Finance Minister Eatala Rajender suggested to the women to utilise the loan amount, which they received, in a proper way for their economical growth.

He attended as a chief guest at the Mega Loan Mela organised by the Indian Bank at Malkapur village in the district on Thursday and distributed cheques of Rs 25 crores of loans to the beneficiaries.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister advised the Bank representatives to come forward to sanction loans to villagers, who depend on agriculture and other works, to help them grow economically.
He assured the bankers not to worry about loan repayment since it is the women who run their families in many villages and they will repay 100 per cent loans.
He distributed cheques worth Rs 12 crore of loans to about 200 Selfhelp Groups women and tractors to farmers.
Zilla Parishad Chairperson Tula Uma, local MLA Gangula Kamalakar, MPP Vasala Ramesh, ZPTC Edla Srinivas, District Revenue Officer Ayesha Masrath Qanam, Indian Bank General Manager Manimaran and Zonal Manager Nazi Mullakhan were present along with others.
