Solve our problems, scribes demand

Asifabad: The scribes of Asifabad district staged a protest at the Collectorate here on Tuesday, demanding the higher authorities to look into the issues faced by them and to solve them at the earliest.

They demanded immediate issue of accreditation cards to all the eligible journalists and issuance of health cards as well. ‘The journalists work for the betterment of the issues prevailing in the society and the country and can create a revolution through the power of the pen,’ they stated.

Journalists of Mancherial and Asifabad districts, electronic media reporters, local leaders of all political parties and others have participated in the rally organised on the day.
