Tirupati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has laid the foundation stone for Sri Venkateswara Aravind Eye Care Hospital in Tirupati on Sunday evening. Speaking on the occasion he said, poor people will get better medical care through SVIMS and Ruia Hospitals. Serving the poor is nothing but serving the god. The services of Madurai- based Aravind eye care hospital are exemplary. TTD has given seven acres to them and the hospital will come up at a cost of Rs.100 crores. This will add to SVIMS, Ruia, SV and Padmavathi Medical colleges to provide better services to the poor patients.
