Special trains between Secunderabad and Shalimar
In order to clear the extra rush of passengers, special trains running between Secunderabad – Shalimar are extended to run for eight more services. Train No. 00850 Secunderabad - Shalimar Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 9.40 pm on February 15, 22, 29 and March 7 (Mondays) and arrive at Shalimar at 3 am on Wednesdays.
In order to clear the extra rush of passengers, special trains running between Secunderabad – Shalimar are extended to run for eight more services. Train No. 00850 Secunderabad - Shalimar Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 9.40 pm on February 15, 22, 29 and March 7 (Mondays) and arrive at Shalimar at 3 am on Wednesdays.
In the opposite direction, Train No. 00849 Shalimar - Secunderabad Special Train will depart Shalimar at 12.10 pm on February 14, 21, 28 and March 6 (Sundays) and arrive at Secunderabad at 3 pm on Mondays.
Enroute these special trains will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Brahampur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Jajpur K Road, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kharagpur and Santragachi stations in both the directions.
These special trains will consist of 18 coaches viz., one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, eight General Second Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches. The trains will be run as a special fare trains.
