Taj Mahal comes to Hyderabad

Home Minister Naini Narsimha Reddy inaugurated the ‘Exhibition NCF’ at TSRTC Grounds, in Musheerabad on Friday.

NCF focuses on infotainment. It gives information about historical monuments like Taj Mahal and Buland Darwaza and has amusement rides like Tora-Tora, Break Dance, Dashing Car, Children Boating Pool, Jumping Frog, Caterpillar Ride and Children Bouncy.

Gigantic replicas of the historical monuments have been erected at the grounds. Spread across half an acre of land, the Taj Mahal replica is the world’s biggest folding and movable piece, which brings us face to face with the grandeur of the original monument.

The replica took over 90 days of labour with the help of 150 workers. It is been made out of wood, iron and steel, fiberglass and thermocol.

Reddy appreciated the massive set-up of the exhibition and congratulated the organizer, Gautam for setting up a marvelous structure in the city. The exhibition in open between 4 pm and 9 pm and is on until August 15.
