Celebrated at its premises in Moinabad recently, the event titled ‘Viva La Folklore’ nurtured a sense of humour and imagination in the children.
The first part of the evening was based on a Caldecott Award winning picture book ‘Where the Wild Things Are’, a story, about a little boy named Max who gets in trouble.
The second part was a reflection of traditional dance, music, costumes, languages and poetry from around the world.
Digital leader Eric Sheninger from United States of America inspired the students and the parents to use technology in their daily lives. According to him, “Time is changing. We need to change. The future is our kids.”
Head of school, Bruce W Ferguson spoke about change and the importance of embracing change in our lives.
Chairman Dr KT Mahhe; Executive Director & Managing Trustee, Ssarithha Katikaneni and other pedagogical leadership members were present.
