City Police, BHAROSA and Save the Children, child social service organisation collectively prepared a poster on Girl Child Safety and Protecting children from Child Labour. The posters were released on Friday by the Additional Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City Police Swati Lakra and Sanjay Sharma, General Manager of Save the Children.

Speaking at the event, Lakra said, “This is a great opportunity to work with civil service societies. We are law binders. Work will be done with perfection only when we work in unity which ultimately helps in cutting down the crime rate. These innovative posters will be used in every police station of the city, where it can be used by our police people during their weekly visit to schools for creating awareness among children.”

These posters will also be used to educate and sensitise the community people in Hyderabad stated Ranganathan from Save the Children. Further, he said these posters will be provided to 60 Police Stations in Hyderabad for raising awareness in the respective jurisdictions and in schools.
