Mamagoto in Banjara Hills has launched its Bar Menu. The liquor menu offers cocktails created with homemade infusions. Thyme and Elderflower Martini contains thyme infused gin with elderflower essence, shaken with lime, the Dark Juniper Cooler is made of juniper berry vodka and a natural blueberry puree creating a strong bloody red velvet colour cocktail, considered an oxymoron, Vanilla Passion, is a combination of homemade vanilla pod infused vodka and passion fruit extract along with white chocolate, sugar and lime, Mexican Confusion is a margherita with a twist, made with kaffir lime infused tequila and lychee juice. For discerning drinkers who are intrigued by the joy of infusion, the menu offers these infused spirits independently as well.

The liquor menu comes courtesy of some creative and distinctive takes on traditional cocktails. Bangkok G and T contains frozen Gordon's gin and tonic, borrows a kick from kaffir lime leaves; Vojito, in which vodka replaces gin, is finished with a hint of green chilly; Guavgato, another take on the classic mojito, is made of fresh guava juice and vodka, served with fresh guava chunks; Watermelon Martini and Pomegranate Martini, are traditional martinis served with fresh juices.

To kick start the launch, Mamagoto is offering beer at just Rs 69. In addition to this, join in every Wednesday and Friday for an interactive night to make your cocktails even more enjoyable.
