Jivati Organic Veg restaurant, Road No 36, Jubilee Hills, began with small steps. The restaurant is 100 percent certified organic (the guests can look at the certificate and even go through the lab report of the stocked organic produce at the retail store, which is a part of the restaurant. It promises to use only fresh organic food that is healthy and delicious, uses only rock salt, cold pressed oil that is only used once and A2 cow milk.

Going forward Jivati menu will boast of continental and Asian options too on regular basis. The new addition to the menu evidently follows these and proves that healthy food can be tasty too. Infact dishes like Pesto Macaroni Pasta, Vegetable Noodle Clear Soup, Hakka Noodles with Gobi Machurian that are being considered for the new menu definitely tasted richer in flavours, and by rendering them to perfection, Chef Santosh ensured that the simple classics aresatiating to the taste buds.

In a bid to expand the menu and add variety, the restaurant is hosting a two-day promotion – lunch and dinner buffet introducing continental and Asian dishes on the menu at Rs 599 plus taxes.While the above-mentioned dishes would be on the promotional menu, there would also be pizzas (Margarita and Exotic pizza, both using a thin crust for base), starters like Babycorn Fritter, Crispy Paneer Tikka, Cream of Mushroom soup, and the likes of Caramel Custard, Chocolate Pudding and Sponge Cake for desserts.

The menu will also have a new set of mocktails including Hot Toddy (apple juice infused with spices), Red Eye (a delicious concoction of guava, pomegranate juice and vanilla icecream infused with rose petals) and juice of ginger in soda.
