Free ENT screening benefits BPL patients

City-based Dr Rao’s ENT hospital organised a free ‘ENT and Plastic Surgery Screening Camp’ at their KPHB and Punjagutta branches on Tuesday.

As part of their monthly initiative, the hospital offered free ear surgeries and hearing aid for first 100 registered BPL patients.

Dr GVK Chaitanya Rao, Managing Director of the hospital said, “We had free screening camp in both the branches in which 60 patients at KPHB and 20 at Panjagutta were tested. We have identified a few cases and will operate on the same free of cost for BPL patients.”
