Rajakas demand inclusion in ST list

The Telangana State-wide Padayatra by Lakshmakka demanding inclusion of the Rajaka community in the ST list, which reached the 143rd day on Tuesday, reached Bhuvanagiri district. Telangana Rashtra Samiti State publicity secretary Ratnala Kanakayya from Kushaiguda welcomed the yatris on their completion of 5,108 km.

Telangana Rashtra Samiti State publicity secretary Ratnala Kanakayya from Kushaiguda welcomed the yatris on their completion of 5,108 km.
Kanakayya, who joined the yatra, said Rajakas have already been included in the SC, ST list in 18 States and three Union Territories. He alleged that there have been claims of sanction of Rs.250 crore worth loans to the community without making any allocation in the State budget.
Among those who also participated in the yatra were local leaders Yelichala Srinivas, Ratnapuram Padma, Mudigonda Ramulu and Nagesh.
