GHMC acts, razes illegal constructions
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) demolished illegal constructions on Nalas and registered cases against the owners on charges of fraud. The owners of the structures got the green signal for the constructions by submitting fake documents and received fake licenses.
Serilingampally: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) demolished illegal constructions on Nalas and registered cases against the owners on charges of fraud. The owners of the structures got the green signal for the constructions by submitting fake documents and received fake licenses.
Malkam pond buffer zone in Serilingampally circle, two houses were illegally built. The fake documents were created by the owners which show GHMC permits for the construction of the houses. However, the GHMC officials inspected the houses being constructed in Malkam pond buffer zone.
The Town planning authorities demolished two buildings which were constructed illegal and filed a complaint against the owners at Raidurgam police station.
The Mandal Revenue Officer S Tiruathi Rao said, “We have not given any permission for this building.
If it is on a government land, then we will only demolish the building.”
West zonal Commissioner Hari Chandana Dasari said, “The owners informed us that they will construct the building within the Full Tank Level. But, we received a complaint and sent our staff for inspection.” Anyways, the building was supposed to be demolished earlier only when they submitted fake documents. We booked a case against them, the Commissioner added.
