Musheerabad: Corporator Shanti Saizen Shekhar said Rs 91 lakh has been sanctioned towards developing Yerrakunta Hindu Graveyard.
He discussed the same with the local leaders and the Graveyard committee members and welcomed suggestions from them for making it a model graveyard. He said all the amenities including boundary wall, burning platform, cement concrete road, benches, storeroom and washrooms will be provided.
Members of a consulting firm on Friday surveyed the graveyard to make arrangements for tender process.
Ward members Rajesh Goud, Naveen, Chandrasekhar, Rama Raju, Bucchi Goud, Satyanarayana, Tunga Tirupathi, Shiva, Ashok and Work Inspector Vijay Kumar were present.
