Traffic diversions at Charminar
Due to the ongoing beautification and developmental works at Charminar, the Hyderabad Police has imposed the following restrictions on the pedestrians and vehicles for a period of six months starting from 17th January 2018 to 14th June 2018
Charminar: Due to the ongoing beautification and developmental works at Charminar, the Hyderabad Police has imposed the following restrictions on the pedestrians and vehicles for a period of six months starting from 17th January 2018 to 14th June 2018
The vehicular traffic coming from the northern side of Charminar, that is from Madina to Gulzar House would not be allowed towards the Charkaman Stretch to reach Charminar, it will be diverted from Gulzar house either to Sher E Batil Kaman towards Ghansi Bazar / Chela Pura/ and towards the Etabar Chowk to reach their destinations (Nagulchinta/ Engine Bowli/ MBNR X Roads).
The vehicular traffic coming from eastern side of Charminar i.e from Alija Kotla towards Chowk Maidan Khan would not allowed towards the Sardarmahal stretch to reach Charminar, it will be diverted from Chowk Maidan Khan towards Hafiz Danka Mosque, Moghal Pura Water Tank to reach their destinations, (Akkana Madanna Cross road – Hari bowli – Chatrinaka – Lal Darwaza and Akanna Madanna – Himmatpura – Shahlibanda).
The vehicular traffic coming from southern side of Charminar i.e from MBNR X roads, Falaknuma Nagulchinta, will be diverted at Himmatpura Junction (either Hari Bowli Bela road or Kihilwat Volga Hotel), and the traffic will not be allowed from the point of Punch Mohalla towards Charminar and diverted towards the Shah Function Hall road Khilwat to reach their destinations. i.e., Moosabowli / City College -Bahadurpura - High Court - Nayapool.
The vehicular traffic coming from western side of Charminar I.e from Moti Galli would not allow towards the Ladbazaar or Charminar. It will be diverted from Ladbazar western side begning point from Motigalli towards the Khilwat road to reach their destinations. i.e Himmatpura / Hari Bowli /Nagulchinta / Falaknuma / MBNR X roads.
