Kadiga Srinivasulu, founder of Sri Foundation, a seva organisation in Keesara mandal of Medchal district, received the ‘National Seva Ratna Award’ from former Governor K Rosaiah at a function held in Birla Planetarium on Sunday. 

Kapra: Kadiga Srinivasulu, founder of Sri Foundation, a seva organisation in Keesara mandal of Medchal district, received the ‘National Seva Ratna Award’ from former Governor K Rosaiah at a function held in Birla Planetarium on Sunday.

The foundation provides financial assistance to poor students and elderly persons as part of its social welfare activities. Speaking after receiving the award, Srinivasulu stated that it ‘has increased my responsibility’.

He promised to take up more ‘seva’ programmes and extend support to the poor students and the elderly. Among those present were P Suman, chairman of the foundation, Daivagna Sarma, and several politicians and various sections of people.
