NTPC sponsors two She e-Toilets
NTPC SRHQ has sponsored setting up of two She e-Toilets in Hyderabad city. KRC Murty, Regional Executive Director ( South) handed over a cheque of Rs 14,61,000/- (Rupees fourteen lakhs and sixty one thousand ) to B. Manohar, Additional Commissioner, GHMC on Wednesday at NTPC office towards setting up of two She e-Toilets, one near Indira Park and another one at Bholakpur .

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has introduced unique and modern electronic toilets (e-toilets) for women. Speaking on the occasion, KRC Murty said that NTPC has always contributed towards Swachh Bharat Mission. He said NTPc has also built twenty toilets in government schools in the twin cities.
The ‘She toilets’ can be accessed by inserting Rs1, Rs2 or Rs5 coins. The units would have smart and eco-friendly lighting and flushing systems. The GHMC aims to install 100 She toilets and e-toilets in the next six months around public spaces across the city.
