Uppal: Mayor Bonthu Rammohan and TRS Uppal In-charge Bethi Subhash Reddy presented trophies and cash prizes to winners and runners-up of Shivaratri Cricket Tournament 2018 conducted by Gopu Yuvasena here on Wednesday.
A total of 12 school teams and 36 youth teams participated in the tournament. Among the school teams, St Gabriel School (Nallakunta) bagged winner’s trophy while St Gabriel School (uppal) secured runner’s trophy.
Among the youth teams, VFA Team bagged winner’s place and Club eight bagged runner’s place.Gopu Saraswathi Sadanand and Gopu Anand were among the dignitaries present.
