Zoo staff gets a health check up
The animal keepers and veterinary staff of Nehru Zoological Park (NZP) underwent a health test here on Friday. The tests were conducted to screen zoonotic diseases. The tests were conducted for both permanent as well as outsourced staff.
Bahadurpura: The animal keepers and veterinary staff of Nehru Zoological Park (NZP) underwent a health test here on Friday. The tests were conducted to screen zoonotic diseases. The tests were conducted for both permanent as well as outsourced staff.
The test included CBP, PLBS, FBS, Lipid profile, KFT, LFT, Sputum, X-Ray (Chest), ECG and complete urine examinations.
Shivani Dogra, curator, NZP, Syed Maqsood Mohiuddin, assistant conservator of forests, NZP, Hyderabad, and Dr M. A Hakeem, assistant director (Veterinary), NZP, Dr A Srikanth, Dr K Srinivasa Raju, directors of Insight Diagnostic and Ashok Kumar, manager, Business Development Insight Diagnostics were present.
The second phase of the health camp will be conducted in the next week to all the staff members of the Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad.
