Applications invited from SCs for bike taxi pilot scheme
The Malkajgiri district unit of SC Cooperative Development Corporation Limited has invited applications from SC candidates possessing two-wheeler licence, for the bike taxi pilot scheme, with preference to those who have completed class VIII and SSC pass/fail.

March 25 is the last date for submitting applications in the corporation office along with a colour photo, certificates of caste, income, educational qualifications, Aadhaar and driving licence. The selected candidates would get a subsidy of Rs 80,000 for the vehicle costing Rs one lakh. Twenty per cent would be bank loan.
The candidates should be aged between 21 and 40. They should have licence ending December 2017 given by TRA and willing to work for Uber. Their annual income should not be over Rs 1.5 lakh (rural areas) and Rs 2 lakh (urban areas). The selection of candidates would be done by the district selection committee. The applications are to be submitted to the corporation office in B Block, Collector Complex, Keesara mandal (contact number: 94403-80016).
