SSSSO golden jubilee celebrations from March 25

Hyderabad: Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (SSSSO TS &AP), is celebrating golden jubilee this year. Headquartered at Prasanthi Nilayam in Puttaparthi, Anantapur district, the multi-cultural spiritual service organisation on Thursday announced that the 50th year of Sri Sathya Sai service wing of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Hyderabad, Telangana, will be celebrated during March 25 -April 4.

Nimish Pandya, All India President, SSSSO India and HJ Dora, retired DGP and the Convenor Sri Sathya Sai Trust, TS &AP will participate in the celebrations March 25 at Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar High School, Bagh Amberpet, Hyderabad. SSSSO has lined up a host of activities, along with its regular service and voluntary activities, to mark its service wing’s 50th anniversary. Other activities include organising 23 free drinking water summer camps at various locations in the twin cities, free distribution of foot wear to poor and needy, distribution of RVTS (remote vocational training scheme) kits in various rural samithis in Hyderabad district, according to a release.

As part of the celebrations, self-employment training such as bangle making with silk thread, beautician course, fashion designing, tailoring and mehandi classes for women will be offered at free of cost. The concluding ceremony will be held on April 4 at Shivam temple, OU Road, Hyderabad.
