Man approaches SHRC seeking action against CI
A resident of Mylardevpally on Monday approached the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) complaining harassment by a local circle inspector. According to the complaint, Jeevan Goud was in a land dispute and allegedly CI Jagadeeshwar of Mylardevpally PS said he would settle the land dispute.

According to the complaint, Jeevan Goud was in a land dispute and allegedly CI Jagadeeshwar of Mylardevpally PS said he would settle the land dispute.
For this settlement Jagadeeshwar demanded Rs 10 lakh from the complainant. Later, the CI started harassing Jeevan by threatening him. The complainant alleged that Jagadeeshwar collected Rs 1 lakh from him.
The CI demanded Rs 9 lakh and threatened Jeevan of foisting false cases and open a rowdy sheet against him. He also intimated Jeevan by conducting search operation with 15 police personnel without any search warrant, the complaint said. Jeevan in his petition sought action against the officer and save his life from.
