Hyderabad: Seeking Telangana state’s permanent recognition for courses, general secretary of Hindi Prachar Sabha, Prof Suresh Puri along with regional secretary S Gaibuvalli submitted a memorandum to AIMIM party legislator Jaffer Hussian Meraj on Wednesday.

Officers of the State Education department cancelled the permanent recognition to the courses by issuing GO no. 25 on last October 10, Prof Suresh Puri said in a statement. He lamented that future of about 5,000 families depend on Prachar Sabha and lakh of students fell in to abyss after the GO’s implementation.

The MLA assured initiatives from his side for the continuance of permanent recognition to the courses. He also assured to bring the issue to CM K Chandrashekar Rao and Eduction minister Kadiyam Srihari’s notice, the general secretary said. Secretary of Hindi Prachar Sabha Employees Association Gopal also present.
