Counselling for drunken drivers in Khammam
The traffic police conducted a counseling session for those who were booked under drunk and drive case and also for their family members here at Prakash Nagar Police Counselling Centre on Monday. During the session, police explained how accidents were taking place and the measures to be taken for preventing such incidents.

CI Naresh Reddy advised people not to drive under the influence of alcohol. He told them to think about their family members before consuming alcohol and drive vehicles. “The practice of drunk and driving not only claims your life, it also claims lives of others,” he told them.
The CI further said those who would be booked under drunk and driving cases should attend counseling along with spouse or mother or father. Traffic SIs Naresh, Goutham ASI Madhar, Bhuchaiah and other staff were present.
