Khammam Cops nab two chain snatchers
The Khammam Two Town police nabbed two persons involved in various house breaking and chain snatching cases at Revathi Centre in Khammam on Tuesday.
Khammam: The Khammam Two Town police nabbed two persons involved in various house breaking and chain snatching cases at Revathi Centre in Khammam on Tuesday.
According to the Assistant Commissioner of Police K Suresh Kumar, the accused were identified as Dhonwan Durga Prasad and Dhonwan Prem Kumar, residents of Khammam city, involved in various house breaking and chain snatching cases at VDO’s Colony, Bank Colony, NST Road and Under Bridge of Khammam city.
The police officials led by sub-inspector Omkar Yadav formed a special team and took up the investigation. They nabbed the duo at Revathi Centre in Khammam city on Tuesday and seized 15 tolas of gold, worth Rs 4 lakh, from their possession.
ACP K Suresh Kumar appreciated the Two Town Station House Officer Raja Reddy, SI Omkar Yadav, Head Constables N Venkat Reddy, R Srishailam, V Hanumanth Rao and Constables SK Ameer Saheb and Ch Ramulu.
