MRO alleges manhandling by PA of Araku MP, lodges complaint
Mandal Revenue Officer of Yetipaka in East Godavari district lodged a complaint with the police at Bhadrachalam against G Pradeep Raju, Personal Assistant of Kottapalli Geeta, Araku Member of Parliament on Tuesday.

According to Bhadrachalam Sub-Inspector P Karunakar, they have received a complaint from Chitti Babu, MRO of Yetipaka against the PA to Araku MP.
The MRO, in his complaint, stated that Raju had beat him and used unparliamentary language against him in a private lodge at Bhadrachalam on Monday night. The MP visited Bhadrachalam along with Raju on Monday for performing a puja at the temple.
In this connection, MRO Chitti Babu, as the Protocol Officer, arranged facilities for them. However, the PA who was not satisfied with the arrangements beat him along with his followers, the MRO mentioned in his complaint, the SI said. A case was registered and investigation was on, the SI added.
