On the occasion, the Collector informed the officers that around 306 applications were pending in main departments.

There were 84 applications pending with the Education department, 41 with the Tribal Welfare, 42 with the Forest, 15 with Palvocha Municipality, 16 with Women Welfare, 32 with Land, 32 with the DRDA, 43 with the Housing and 11 with the Kothagudem Municipality, he said.

He instructed the officers to clear all pending applications before the next Grievance Day programme. He also asked the officers to take special interests in clearing the Grievance Day applications. Every Grievance Day application should be uploaded on separate websites, he added. Joint Collector M Ram Kishan, District Rural Development Agency Project Director P Jagath Kumar Reddy, Kothagudem Revenue Divisional Officer M Ravindranath and other officers were present.
