Susheela, the tehsildar, received the best officer prize from the district collector on the Republic Day. But on February 20, she was caught taking a bribe of Rs 15000 from a person.

According to ACB DSP Tirumaleswar Reddy, Rajendra of Palasamudram, who now lives in Tirupati, has a 10.44 cent land plot in Pathapalyam of Gangadhara Nellore mandal. To enter the details of the land online, the tehsildar demanded Rs 20000 from him.
He promptly approached the ACB officials, who trapped her while taking Rs 15000 as an advance. ACB CIs Chandrasekhar, Giridhar, Prasad, SI Vishnuvardhan and others participated in the raid.
