Chiranjeevi Goes Emotional, Recalls His Political Journey

Film hero and Congress leader Chiranjeevi has gone emotional while delivering speech at a private program in US.

Chiranjeevi said he forayed into politics with an aim to abolish disparities in the society and achieve social justice. But, people did not give mandate confining his disbanded PRP to win only 18 MLA seats. He believed national parties will only render social justice. Hence, he joined Congress and served the country in the capacity of MLA and union minister for a while.

The film actor turned politicial leader said he never stooped to the low for posts in his political career.
