KE Krishna Murthy slams TTD chief priest, says probe soon into his doings
Deputy Chief Minister and Endowments Minister KE Krishna Murthy has accused TTD chief priest Ramana Deekshitulu of commiting several mistakes while on duty. In a retaliatory attack on Ramana Deekshitulu’s allegations that the TTD political interference was causing sacrilege and due to this, the state was going through troubled times, KE said that Ramana Deekshitulu had taken his grandson into the sanctum sanctorum.
He also alleged that some persons were taken into the temple well after the midnight to perform some strange rituals. He said Ramana Deekshitulu used to go to the guest houses to bless the VIPs and said that an inquiry would be conducted intotheir wrong doings. He also advised Ramana Deekshitulu to make politics his career instead of the performing poojas.
The TTD had removed Ramana Deekshitulu from service after he addressed a press conference in neighbouring Tamil Nadu to level charges against the TTD government.
