Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has said that he regretted for not contesting at least in some Assembly Constituencies in 2014 elections.

Participating in a public meeting in Tekkali in Srikakulam district, he said his party strove for the victory of State Labour minister Achennaidu. But the leader did not address a single problem in the backward district.

Pawan threatened to launch Indefinite hunger strike if the government did not come to the rescue of kidney patients in 48 hours. He asked Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to reconsider the government's decision to construct a port in Bhavanapadu against the interests of the fishermen community.

In a scathing attack, the Jana Sena leader said the TDP government failed on all fronts including providing basic essential services like education, health and safe drinking water.
