Union law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday addressed the issue of \'triple talaq\', stating that the practice is still going on in Telangana.
Union law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday addressed the issue of 'triple talaq', stating that the practice is still going on in Telangana.
Claiming that the triple talaquissue is about gender equality and justice, he questioned as to why it is being made into an issue when 22 countries including Pakistan regulating it, particularly when the law has been passed to stop this practice.
The Minister further said that Telangana would benefit with more local airports under the Udaan low cost air fare scheme especially the poor people will be able to travel in flights.
Ravi Shankar Prasad added that the start-up environment created in Hyderabad was also working accordingly to the people who were looking at creating jobs instead of being job-seekers.
