Man dies while undergoing treatment; family blame doctors

A man died while undergoing treatment at Omni Hospital at Kukatpally on Wednesday night. The deceased, identified as Srinivas Reddy, hailed from Kurnool and was worked in a company in Hyderabad.

Srinivas was admitted on Wednesday evening after he complained of severe abdominal pain. However, he died late last night while undergoing treatment.

His relatives claimed that Srinivas died because he was not given proper treatment by the doctors. The family members and relatives staged a dharna in front of the hospital, blaming the doctors for his death.

Based on a complaint filed by Srinivas’ mother, the police registered the case and sent the body for post-mortem.
