Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu reviewed the law and order situation from flight on his way to United States of America after receiving information on MLA Kidari Sarweswara Rao gunned down by Maoists
Vijayawada: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu reviewed the law and order situation from flight on his way to United States of America after receiving information on MLA Kidari Sarweswara Rao gunned down by Maoists.
He expressed shock and condemned the incident. He instructed Home Minister N Chinna Rajappa and higher officials of police department to reach the spot. The Chief Minister spoke to East Godavari district collector and Superintendent of Police.
The officials explained him over phone on the details of Maoists attack incident. The CM condemned the incident and termed that it was undemocratic. He said the government would extend all help to the family members of deceased MLA. He asked the peoples organizations and public to condemn the incident.
The officials of Chief Minister Office said that the CM would review the incident immediately after landing at New York Airport.
