Student unions launch indefinite fast

​Kamareddy: Eleven student unions launched indefinite fast in front of the Revenue Divisional Office here on Tuesday demanding registration of Government Degree College properties on its name.

Student union leaders said that earlier, the college had 262 acres, but which was lost after the government allocated to private companies.

Consequently, they stated, the institution was not getting UGC grants, this was resulting in lack of development, the leaders claimed.
