Shivaraj, A1 accused in bogus challan scam, nabbed

The police have taken into custody the A1 accused Shivaji, wanted in the bogus challan case in the Commercial Taxes Department in the town on Wednesday. He will be produced before the Magistrate in Bodhan during the night.

Already, the A3 accused Vijay Kumar, A4 accused Hanuman Singh and A5 accused Gopalaswamy are already in the custody of CB-CID.
However, another accused Sunil the son of Shivaraj is still at large and the police have been making unsuccessful attempts to nab him for the last one month.
According to reports, crores of Rupees were swindled in the challan scam. Police believe that the arrest of Sunil might throw further light on the scam.
