Voter enrolment drive on May 7 and 14: Nizamabad Collector
District Collector Dr Yogitha Rana urged all those who completed 18 years to enroll themselves as voters. Addressing the officers concerned through a video conference here on Friday, she said that special voters’ enrollment centres would be setup on May 7 and 14 which fall on Sundays.

Those desirous of enrolling themselves as voters should go to the booth level officers and give their details, she added. Collector Rana said that the enrollment programme was being held on the instructions of the State Election Commissioner Bhanwarlal. If there were any discrepancies in the names of the voters, they could bring it to the notice of the Tahsildar concerned, she added.
She said that during the voters enrollment drive held from April 11 to May 4 in the district, a total of 2668 applications were received. The District Collector said that the voters should use forms 6, 6A, 7 and 8 without fail while enrolling and hand them over to the booth level officer.Joint Collector A Ravinder Reddy, Bodhan Sub-Collector Siktha Patnaik, District Revenue Officer Ramesh and others were present.
