Visakhapatnam: In a view to accord top priority for common man to have the ‘Nijaroopa Darshan’ of Lord Sri Varaha Lakshmi Nrusimha Swami during Chandanotsavam to be held on April 29, it was decided to sell Rs 1,000 darshan tickets in limited number, informed executive officer K Ramachandra Mohan.

  • Protocol VIPs to have darshan only in designated time slot.
  • Jajical variety of sandal wood procured for making paste to be applied to the deity.
To assess the progress of works for the annual fete, the executive officer has been conducting review meetings frequently, as the temple management was determined to conduct the annual festival, without causing any inconvenience to devotees coming from far off areas like Odisha.

“Those who want Rs 1,000 darshan tickets must apply online before April 25 and all the protocol VIPs shall have to visit the temple between 5 am and 6 am and again from 4 pm to 5 pm, without causing any inconvenience the flow of ordinary devotees,” he asserted.
