St John’s Sports Coaching Foundation Fetes Mithali Raj
Indian women cricket captain, Mithali Raj, had a homecoming of sorts when she visited the St John’s Sports Coaching Foundation (SJSCF) in Hyderabad on Sunday. She was also appreciated for accomplishing another rare feat for women cricketers-100 ODIs.
Mithali Raj assured to continue the good work into the future, including in the next World Cup. Meanwhile, the Foundation announced the schedule of the Annual Summer Cup 2017 for various age-groups that will be hosted at their Marredpally ground and also at the Hakimpet turf wicket grounds. The event starts from Monday and runs through until June 2. White balls and coloured attire will be a feature of the tournament.
