Chasing an overwhelming 309 runs to win in 40 overs, they rode on the individual brilliance of Sunil Ramesh (93) and skipper Ajay Reddy (62) to achieve the back-to-back Championship triumph with two wickets and eight balls to spare.

Earlier, put into bat, Pakistan posted 308 for eight, thanks to contributions from Badar Munir (57), Riasat Khan (48) and captain Nisar Ali (47). ICC CEO David Richardson, former Pakistan captain Zaheer Abbas and former Indian stumper Syed Kirmani witnessed the high-octane encounter.
