Looks like the 67th Miss India Manushi Chhillar is leaving no stone unturned to put her best foot forward in the Miss World contest.

Her 15-day diet and fitness challenge along with celebrity nutritionist Nmami Agarwal includes sleeping for eight hours in the night, performing jumping jacks for better glow and fitness, switching off mobile phone two hours before going to bed and drinking three litres of water.

Here is a sample diet plan:

  • Starting the day with a glass of plain/ lime-squeezed water early in the morning.
  • Breakfast: Consisting of cereal (oats/wheat flakes) with yogurt, nuts and fresh fruit.
  • Lunch: One- two rotis or a bowl of rice, one vegetable dish, salad and raita.
  • Evening supper: A fruit smoothie along with cucumber and carrot sticks with hung curd dip makes for a perfect snack.

Dinner: (To be consumed by 7 pm) Quinoa salad/quinoa pulav with soup or chick pea/corn and tofu salad with soup.

Post dinner: Fresh fruits.
