Here is a list of six GST App's which have been launched to make filing easy :

ClearTax GST

In a world that is increasingly going app friendly, ClearTax India's leading Income Tax Return e filing website has added another dimension to the convenience quotient for MSME's segment with the launch of its GST mobile app. The mobile app has been developed in lines with the GST roll out which is scheduled to take place this year. With nearly 8 million traders filing nearly 61 invoices every month, ClearTax launched the GST app to provide a source to traders to file the returns easily and without any hitches.

The offline sync feature, will allow traders to enter their tax details even without internet. The newly launched app will carry all the functionalities of the ClearTax web platform. The GST app which will support all formats of the GSTR - 1, GSTR - 2 & GSTR - 3 forms which will enable traders to upload their invoices and file their returns. Small and medium tax payers can convert their invoice data formats into the format compatible with the GST system using the mobile app. The app can be downloaded for free on iOS as well Android.

Tally Solutions

Software accounting firm Tally Solutions has launched its mobile application for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in December 2016 to ensure easy adoption of the massive tax reform when it is rolled out this year. The app will be a rich source of information on Goods and Services Tax (GST) for businesses and will help them with understanding GST and its nuances.

Its interface has been designed to cater to both sets of users - those who are adept with technology and those who are easing into the use of technology, for better understanding and automation of their accounting practices. This free enterprise application can be downloaded on Android and iOS

GST Helpline

GST Helpline is a mobile application powered by SAG Infotech PVT. LTD. The GST helpline features a news section from where you can easily get to know all the happening in GST India. The guest articles allow you to view explained long articles implying highlights and impact of GST over different sectors in India. The Forms section allows the user to know the types of forms required in the GST regime.

The user can view the e-form prototype of the actual forms in this corner. The calculator allows the user to calculate the total taxation by filling the amount along with the rate of GST and the app automatically displays the result. The draft law lets the user know the different sections of the GST that will be covered under the GST law.

The app has an interactive polling and GST contest, where users can compete against other users to test their GST knowledge

Deloitte India GST Mobile app

Deloitte India GST Connect provides you with the latest insights and information on GST in India from Deloitte India’s tax specialists. The app allows you to stay up-to-date with the latest news about GST in India and it also provides an access to a wealth of information on GST anytime, anywhere.

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC)

Launched in February 2017, in steps with the government's Digital India Initiative, CBEC launched the GST Mobile app for taxpayers to readily access a host of information related to the new indirect tax regime. Taxpayers can readily access a host of information such as the approach and guidelines for migration to GST, draft laws -- Model GST Law, iGST (integrated GST) Law and GST Compensation Law.

The draft rules related to registration, returns, payment, refund and invoice, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on GST, various resources on GST such a videos, articles, related website links and helpdesk contacts will be accessible on the app. The Mobile Application enables taxpayers to be well informed of the latest updates on GST. Taxpayers can also provide feedback and contact on CBEC’s 24x7 helpdesk “CBEC Mitra” through a toll-free number or email, at the touch of a button.
